Due to the huge price tag, they remain in limited numbers today (however one was released in the trillionftw event, and sold at an undisclosed price), and thus the reason for a high price tag.
Today, it carries an enormous price tag, of over 2-3 billion neopoints!
Use: The use of this item creates a random Hidden Tower item every turn, and in return you give up half of your neopoints (quite the trade, eh?).
